We design, install and maintain electrical systems for offices, retail space and hotels across Kerala. Across 50+ commercial projects we have managed cumulative power of more than 5 MW, working as a licensed B-grade contractor authorised up to 250 KVA.

Our largest recent commercial job is a 4-star hotel in Kalamassery: 15,000 sq ft over six floors, 300+ circuits, a 160 kVA delta-wye transformer, and 150–300 A distribution panels with surge protection throughout. Lighting is DMX-controlled LED arrays running up to 5,000 lumens, and the HVAC sits behind a 150 kW backup generator so the building keeps trading through an outage.

For a commercial fit-out the electrical work is usually on the critical path, and the cost that hurts is not the install — it is downtime. We work to your programme, sequence around other trades, and where you are retrofitting an occupied space we phase the changeover so you do not close.

Once commissioned, we keep systems running under ongoing maintenance contracts: scheduled inspection, thermal checks on panels, and repairs on installations we've built.

### Can you work around our opening hours?

Yes. For occupied retail and office space we phase the work and sequence changeovers so you don't have to close. We agree the programme with you before starting.

### Do you handle energy-efficient lighting retrofits?

Yes — energy-efficient lighting installations and advanced lighting control systems are core work. We've delivered DMX-controlled LED arrays up to 5,000 lm, and LED retrofits with load balancing across 20+ warehouses.

### Do you offer maintenance after the installation?

Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance contracts and preventive maintenance programmes, plus troubleshooting and repairs on systems we've commissioned.
