We are not a Kottayam firm that occasionally drives to Kochi. Our second office is in Kalamassery, which sits inside the Kochi metropolitan area in Ernakulam district, so the city and the towns around it are covered from a base within them.

The hotel job we did in Kalamassery is, geographically, a Kochi-area project: 15,000 sq ft over six floors, 300+ circuits, a 160 kVA delta-wye transformer, DMX-controlled LED arrays and a 150 kW backup generator behind the HVAC. Across 50+ commercial projects we now manage a cumulative load of more than 5 MW, and a fair share of that is at this end of the district.

Kochi work tends to be commercial and industrial — offices, retail, hotels, warehouses and plant — with the panel fabrication that goes with it. We are licensed B-grade up to 250 KVA, which covers homes, retail and office space, hotels and most industrial units. If your site is in Ernakulam and you want someone to come and look at it before quoting, that is free and it is genuinely local for us.

Our office is in Kalamassery, which is inside the Kochi metropolitan area in Ernakulam district — so yes, in the sense that matters for getting to your site. Our registered office is in Vaikom, Kottayam. We would rather be precise about that than claim a city-centre address we do not keep.

### Do you take on commercial fit-outs in Ernakulam?
